Balloon

Does my deflated balloon package include a card for personal message?

Yes! Each deflated balloon package includes a mini greeting card attached to the balloon weight for your personal message. The mini card will be picked to suit the occasion.

 

Can you do a special order which is not shown on the website?
Yes! We are happy to assist any special order. Please email the details and reference photos to info@jollyup.com.au , to discuss your special order.  The colours and composition may vary from your reference photo subject to balloon availability.

 

When will we ship the deflated balloons to you?

Whilst we cannot control or take responsibility for courier delays, please see approximate time frames below:

  • Metropolitan VIC: 2 - 4 Business Days after dispatch
  • Metropolitan NSW: 2 - 4 Business Days after dispatch
  • Metropolitan QLD: 3 - 4 Business Days after dispatch
  • Regional VIC/NSW/QLD: 7 - 10 Business Days after dispatch
  • ACT: 3 - 4 Business Days after dispatch
  • WA: 5 - 10 Business Days after dispatch
  • NT: 10 - 12 Business Days after dispatch

Gift Box

Does my gift box include a card?
Yes! A gift will not be completed without a personal message from you. Every JOLLY UP gift box has our exclusively designed greeting card with your personal message. 

  

Where do you ship your gift boxes to?

We currently ship our gift boxes within Australia only. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are not currently able to guarantee gift box delivery on a specified date or time. There may be major delays during peak mailing periods, i.e. Christmas. Our delivery partner does not deliver on public holidays but we will try our best to assist if there's a special request. 

 

Does my recipient have to be at home to receive their gift box?
If your recipient is not home, our delivery partner will leave it in a safe location if it’s safe to do so. If it’s not possible to leave the gift box somewhere safe, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to collect or have the gift re-delivered. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
